Who is Lions Den Lending designed for?
Our training and mentorship programs are designed for both new and experienced investors who want to learn how to build predictable, passive income through private mortgage lending. Whether you’ve never funded a deal before or you’re looking to scale your lending business, we’ll meet you at your level.
Do I need prior experience in real estate or finance?
No prior experience is required. Our program is designed to take you from the basics of private mortgage lending all the way to confidently funding your first deal. If you already have experience, you’ll gain advanced strategies to strengthen your deal flow and scale your portfolio.
What does the Investor Training include?
Our programs include a self-study component, as well as live virtual training sessions led by Steven Loewer. These sessions are designed to walk you step-by-step through sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and funding private mortgage deals. You’ll also have access to recordings for review.
What is the Lions Den Lending Student Community?
The community is a private, members-only space reserved exclusively for Lions Den Lending students. It’s where you’ll connect with like-minded investors, participate in live Q&A calls, and stay accountable while you learn and grow.
Do you guarantee results?
We can’t guarantee specific investment returns, but we do guarantee the quality of our training, mentorship, and support. If you enroll in our LAUNCH Program, we work with you step-by-step until you successfully fund your first deal, guaranteed.
How do the cohorts work?
Our live, virtual training runs in cohorts, which are listed on the Services page. Each cohort includes 8, 60-minute classes held over 4 weeks, typically on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This structure keeps the pace engaging while giving you time to absorb the material and apply what you learn between sessions.
